Automatic machine for assembling roller shutters model CAT1A:
Following the success obtained with the manual slat spinning machine APA 02-35 (PVC and aluminium) and APA 03-77 (PVC, aluminium and steel) and upon request of our customers, bearing in mind their suggestions, we have developed, designed and produced a device with a new and different working philosophy compared to current solutions used to stop the roller shutter.
Profile cutting in a work station
Manual loading of the profiles: the machine works both with the full roller shutters (up to a maximum of 250 mm per layer) and with the single slat
Automatic adaptation of the loader based on the length of the profiles
The system takes into account the tolerances of the profiles
Rapid change of the stop settings of each profile (for profiles of 35 to 77 mm);
Sheet dimensions: from 460 to 3000 mm;
Production rate: 150 seconds for average roller shutter (30 slats per roller shutter);
The same machine can process profiles in PVC, aluminium and steel
