Automatic machine for roller shutters type CAT1AE

Following the success obtained with the manual slat spinning machine APA 02-35 (PVC and aluminium) and APA 03-77 (PVC, aluminium and steel) and upon request of our customers, keeping in mind their suggestions, we have developed, designed and produced a device with a new and different working philosophy, compared to current solutions, used to build roller shutter sheets.

Main characteristics:

Profile cutting in a separate work station
Manual loading of the profiles: the machine works either with the assembled roller shutter slats (up to a maximum of 250 mm per layer) or with a single slat
Automatic adaptation of the loader based on the length of the profile
The system takes into account the tolerances of the profiles
Sheet dimensions: from 460 to 3200 mm;
Production rate: 25 shutters/hour (around 65 m² per hour);
The same machine can process profiles in PVC, aluminium or steel
