We are specialized in the manufacturing of extrusion tooling systems which in the last few years has been able to expand consistently its presence in the main market of PVC window profiles reinforcing its organizational structure through the strategic acquisition of the subsidiary B-TEC in 2018 (historic brand in the industry) and so enhancing even more its overall know-how about the matter. The long-standing experience in the industry allows today to supply all the necessary tools and machines to our customers, national and international producer of plastic profiles for widows, technical profiles and many others.
All tooling, guarantee the construction of main and auxiliary profiles which are based on product and process stability, paying constantly attention to fundamental features that product must have according to the company policy: Ease of use and Efficiency. Extrusion tooling, developed for single and multiple strand versions as well as for profiles with integral seals and multiple co-extrusion, are characterized in fact by easy installation and operation, as well as unique ease of servicing. The short times for set-up and the high standards of process stability allow quick changes in dies and calibrators configurations and increase therefore flexibility and time efficiency of the production processes.
At the same time, the company is leading innovation and is developing new energy and cost efficient solutions: specifically, calibration system allows to minimize electricity and water consumption and to achieve a higher cooling performance for high speed extrusion, providing therefore clear benefits to the customers who can take advantage of fewer waste and so lower production costs.
Other important results have been achieved in relation to cooling tanks system: our concepts ensure the highest level of precision and stability about profile geometries, optimizing therefore shrinkage values and haul-off. Also, the superior surface quality of the components, realized with European top quality stainless quality steel, must be taken into account, prerequisite this for a very long service life as demonstrated by many customers’ productions of more than 6.000.000 meters before overhaul and the long cleaning intervals.
Last but not least all the products of the company are in fact designed, manufactured and tested in the historic plant in Consandolo (Ferrara, Italy) applying very stringent process quality standards and ensuring therefore the full compliance with the European standards about the matter.
