Medical spiral smoothbore tubing extrusion line - Mono or multi strands (up to 3 tubes simultaneously)

Extrusion lines for spiral smoothbore tubing with rigid or semi-rigid spiral and with different polymers (PVC/EVA/PE/PP/Metallocene/POP). EVA Spiral tubes suitable for chirurgical smoke evacuation systems

Medical extrusion lines suitable for smoothbore tubes with rigid or semi-rigid helix also in combination with different polymers. Extrusion lines are equipped by one or two extruders (TM series), special stainless steel water tank with dedicated drying system and dedicated chiller (IN OPTION). Close loop water circuit to prevent contamination. All lines are equipped by high-speed cutting unit with discharge table.

STANDARD LINE CONFIGURATION:

• N. 01 extruder TM series / N. 02 extruders TM series.
• 1.2316 steel medical extrusion die-head.
• Spiral rod forming device for diameters from 10 up to 50 mm.
• Standard stainless steel cooling tank with closed loop water circuit (no water contamination).
• Tube drying system.
• Brushless rotary cutting system and automatic discharge conveyor (max. cutting length 3.200 mm).

OPTIONS:

• Hopper loader/s
• Screws for different thermoplastics raw materials.
• GF-Connect for remote assistance and I4.0 with OPC-UA communication protocol.
• Chiller for cooling water to be installed close to the line side.
